  research and are the 

  t r a d i t i o n a l G e r m a n 

  education institution. Many 

  of them are technical

  universities or colleges of 

  technology.


- Universities of applied 

  s c i e n c e s  a r e  m o r e 

  practically oriented and are 

  c o n n e c t e d  t o  m a j o r 

  German companies.


- Specialized universities 

  concentrate on specific 

  subjects such as arts, 

  music, film, theatre, etc.

Study Expense

Higher Education is free in most 

of the German University,
